Samoota: In the Shadow of Three Suns / An audio-visual exhibition that peeked into the day of a character from the world of Samoota, exploring the feelings of living in a utopia whilst not fitting in and questioning why, from dawn to dusk. This audio-visual exhibition was accompanied by a 30 minute soundtrack and live visuals.

Samoota: FR1SE / This landart is an archeological find of Samoota, where these perticular Samootians reside in the grass during day time to harness solar energy, which they then use at night to emit light in order to guide those lost in the dark back to safety.
It attracted local wildlife, and to this day it still has a microcosm of frogs, grasshoppers and a smaller ant colony.

The Samoota Library accepts submissions year-round. We're particularly interested in works that challenge traditional narrative structures and explore the potential of digital environments as a medium for storytelling.
We Accept:
- Short stories (up to 5,000 words)
- Poetry (traditional and digital/code poetry)
- Flash fiction and micro-narratives
- Experimental text-based digital art
- Collaborative writing projects

About Samoota
Samoota is a speculative world that is both an escape from our world, but more importantly; as a safe place to question how we might coexist differently with each other, and with the more-than-human world.
From research on nature, myths and human sciences, it look at the tensions and links between the past wisdom (and mistakes) and the present. The works spans across digital art, installations, painting, writing and music production; each of these becoming a piece of the larger puzzle.
In a time where the picture seems painted for us, this speculative world-building pushes beyond what feels inevitable, showcasing new methods for connection, care and possibility.
